REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS
"IMMIGRATION COURT"
In light of the current climate, my practice is currently focused on representation in Immigration Court, particularly for asylum cases. This includes:
Non-Detained Removal Proceedings (Court held outside of ICE Custody;)
Detained Removal Proceedings (Court held inside an immigration detention facility;)
Bond Proceedings (Release from ICE Custody;) and
Affirmative Asylum (Individuals pursing asylum who are not in Immigration Court Proceedings.)

CITIZENSHIP
I have vast experience representing clients in their naturalization process. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to welcome many clients as New Americans.
My practice includes representation for cases requiring a medical waiver for individuals who cannot learn English, as well as cases for children who have derived U.S. citizenship from their parents.
FAMILY REUNIFICATION
Whether you are seeking assistance petitioning for a family member who is currently in the United States or for a family member currently overseas, I offer representation for individuals in all different circumstances looking to petition for their family member to join them in the United States.
ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS
"GREEN CARD"
I offer representation for individuals looking to adjust their status, meaning obtain a Green Card, in almost all situations, excluding employment based green cards.

Throughout my career, I have handled a vast variety of unique immigration cases, including but not limited to Special Immigrant Juveniles (SIJS,) Immigrant Waivers, Employment Authorization, and Temporary Protected Status Cases.
