Legal Consultations
The purpose of each consultation is to collect information, provide all potential legal options, answer any questions, and provide an exact price point as to legal fees for a case.
Most importantly, it allows the opportunity to meet and ensure Hatfield Immigration is the best choice for legal representation in your case.
A legal consultation is required before any new case is retained.
Please see below for more information on scheduling a consultation for your immigration case, or for a loved one currently in ICE Custody.

Note on Interpreters
If you or your detained loved one does not speak English, we highly encourage a trusted family member, friend, or community member to join our consultation to interpret for us.
From years of expense, a trusted loved one assisting us as interpreter adds a layer of comfort and allows us to more effectively communicate - as well as avoiding the pricey cost of hiring a private interpreter.
If you do require a private interpreter, you must schedule and pay for private interpretation fees before your consultation.
Please email contact@hatfieldimmigration.com before your scheduled consultation if you need to schedule a private interpreter.
