The cost for an in-person consultation at Batavia Federal Detention Facility is $400.00.

Private Interpreters
If you or your detained loved one does not speak English, we highly encourage a trusted family member, friend, or community member to join our consultation to interpret for us.
​
From years of expense, a trusted loved one assisting us as interpreter adds a layer of comfort and allows us to more effectively communicate - as well as avoiding the pricey cost of hiring a private interpreter.

If you do require a private interpreter, you must schedule and pay for private interpretation fees before your consultation.

The cost for a private interpreter is $150.00 for 30 minutes and can be scheduled at the link below.
