LEGAL CONSULTATIONS 

Before any new case is retained, a consultation is required.

Consultations may be scheduled directly through our scheduling page here, or by following the link at any of the "schedule a consultation" buttons on this website.

Our fee for a Legal Consultation for those individuals not currently in ICE Custody is $300.00. At this time, for safety, all consultations except those held in Batavia Federal Detention Facility are held via Google Meet.

Our fee for a Legal Consultation for those individuals currently in ICE detention is $450.00. Detained consultations for potential clients held in Batavia Federal Detention Facility are in-person. 

If an interpreter is required, we highly encourage the use of family, friends, or trusted community members to both save on expensive private attorney costs, and more importantly, add an extra sense of security during an incredibly scary time.

If you are unable to provide an interpreter by phone or Google Meet Call, you must also pay an "Interpreter Fee" through the same website.

This fee is $175.00 and must be paid before 

the consultation.​​​​​
