"Low Bono" Legal Fees

The term "low bono"  refers to legal representation that is provided at a reduced cost due to circumstance, financial ability, or any other reason. We are happy to offer full representation at a reduced cost for those individuals who have been granted a habeas corpus petition and are now in need of an attorney for bond (custody) proceedings.

Pricing for these cases is extremely negotiable based on need. Due to demand, cases are accepted and retained in order of intake forms received.
